What’s Inside Stride Strong?

For 12 Weeks you’ll get:

  • 2 Full Body Strength Sessions per week (25-35 minutes each)

    • Built around the movement patterns that matter for athletes (i.e. runners): hinge, squat, lunge, press, pull, carry + CALVES

  • 1 Mobility Session per week (15-20 minutes)

    • Straightforward & efficient. These routines will complement your training by improving access to joint range of motion, and through facilitating tissue mobility and recovery.

  • Flexible Equipment Options

    • Body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells… barbell if you’ve already got a lifting resume

  • True Stride Training App Access

    • Each session is programmed for you to follow. Clear demo videos and text-based coaching cues will help you chart your progress and keep you on track.

  • Support Along the Way

    • You’re not on your own! I’ll be sending tips, motivation, and offering check-in opportunities throughout your program.

FAQs

What level of experience is needed for Stride Strong?

Beginners welcome! This program includes clear exercise demo videos and instructions. Phases build upon each other, giving you plenty of time to gain momentum and confidence through the process.

For those more experienced, you’ll love the progressive structure of the program. You can keep challenging your fitness from the very beginning.

Do I need a gym?

Nice, but not necessary. If you have a gym membership this is perfect as the program can come with you on your app. If you’re working out from your home gym, you’ll want a small array of dumbbells (a great starting point would be pairs of 10-25#).

I see a lot of great “strength for runners” videos on social media- what makes this different?

This is designed comprehensively and progressively. We’re building here- no random feats of complexity. Weeks and phases build onto early familiarity, adding challenge and skill to the foundational movements. Result = progressive overload and strength gains.
