During our Healthy Runner Evaluation we’ll assess your movement patterns, muscle condition, and joint mobility. From there we can offer individualized recommendations for you related to strength, mobility, balance, and run-specific drills.

Whether you’re new to running, a seasoned competitor, or anywhere in between- this evaluation is intended to help you learn more about yourself as a runner and keep you running healthy and strong in the process.

Carrie Truebenbach, PT, DPT, MS, OCS

Carrie is a former Division 1 Cross Country and Track & Field athlete. Carrie has learned first-hand how to deal with the body’s response to the demands of ever-changing life responsibilities, the aging process, and the desire to remain healthy, fit, and competitive.

Beyond experience, her strengths as a coach include strong communication and listening skills to help facilitate the best training plan for you- amidst the ecosystem of your life and your goals. And, oh by the way, as a physical therapist her eyes on you, your training log, and your busy schedule will help you breakthrough as a runner!
